LANSING, Mich. — During a special presentation on the Senate floor on Wednesday, state Sen. Kevin Daley honored three athletes who won gold medals in the World Special Olympics.

“I was happy to join Senators Theis and Brinks today to give recognition to these extraordinary athletes who were selected to represent their country and home state of Michigan in the 2019 World Special Olympics,” said Daley, R-Lum. “We are all proud of the work they put in and their determination.
