LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Sen. Kevin Daley, R-Lum, welcomed the Rev. Chad Minkler to the Michigan Capitol on Thursday. Minkler serves as pastor at Charis New Testament Church in Vassar and delivered the invocation before Senate session.
